Utility Payment Center
Spring Valley Public Utilities provides water and electric services to its customers. Sewer and storm sewer services are provided by the City of Spring Valley and usage is billed by Spring Valley Public Utilities. Utility bills consist of electric, water, sewer & storm water charges. Meters are read around the 25th of the month by the public utility and bills are mailed out around the 1st of every month. All bills are due by the 15th of the month or the first business day after the 15th if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday. Any payments not received by the 15th of the month are subject to a 10% late fee. Customers that have not paid by the 20th of the month will receive a disconnection notice and will be subject to immediate disconnection of service.
Spring Valley Public Utilities currently only accepts the following forms of payment; cash, check, money order, or automatic payment (ACH). We do not currently accept on-line payment, credit or debit card payments. Customers requesting ACH payment method will need to fill out an application for the account they wish to have the funds withdrawn from. ACH payments will be withdrawn on the 15th of every month, or the first business day after the 15th. ACH forms can be found below or at the public utility office.
