Spring Valley Rental Facilities

If you think you may be interested in renting any of the city facilities for your family gathering, a birthday party, a wedding or any other occasion, please call City Hall to check availability.  When you decide on a date, please click on one of the links to the left to find the corresponding rental agreement to open and print the form.  We also have photos of our rental facilities for your convenience. 

These are the rental rates for the facilities:

Community Center-Event: $250.00.  The Deposit Fee is either $250.00 for an event without Alcohol or $500.00 for an event with Alcohol.  The Deposit Check will be returned uncashed if all the terms of the Rental Agreement are met and no damage is done. The Rental Fee can be processed by clicking on the "Click Here to Pay Online" icon on the homepage but the Deposit Check will need to be brought to City Hall.

Community Center-Hourly: $40.00 per hour with a minimum 2-hour charge.  Deposit is the same as above.

Pavilion/Gazebo/Athletic Field Rental: The Athletic Field Fee is $50.00 per day and the Pavilion/Gazebo Rental Fee is $25.00 per day. The Rental Fee can be processed online by clicking on the "Click Here to Pay Online" icon on the homepage.

RV Camper Park: Rental Rates are either $10.00 per night for a non-electric site and $15.00 per night for an electrical site.  If the stay at an electrical site is for 5 or more days, the rate is $10.00 per night. The fees can be processed online by clicking on the "Click Here to Pay Online" icon on the homepage.
