The Spring Valley City Council meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the month, all year around.  Meetings are held at City Hall and start at 6:00 p.m.

Special Meetings are scheduled on an as needed basis.  Special Meeting Notices are posted at City Hall, the Public Utilities building, and the Spring Valley Library.
