Spring Valley Zoning Permit

Spring Valley requires a Zoning Permit for all projects. A Zoning Permit is separate but still required.  A Zoning Permit application is part of the Building Permit application process. Zoning Permit Applications can be obtained at City Hall, completed, and submitted with a $25.00 Administrative Fee. Further questions regarding that and application process and fee scale can be found on the Spring Valley EDA website.
