To be Printed and Dropped off at City Hall to Confirm availability

 

The Community Center can hold 250 people comfortably, seating is available for 300. 

The hourly rate is $40.00 with a $250.00 deposit (without alcohol) or a $500.00 deposit (with alcohol)

For an ALL DAY event, you set up the previous day at 3pm, you have your event day and have the next morning to clean up (if nothing is scheduled the following day). $250.00 deposit (without alcohol) and $250.00 payment, or $500.00 deposit with alcohol and a $250.00 deposit. 

In order to have alcohol at any event at the Community Center, you will need to provide additional insurance through your homeowners insurance.
