Applications can be downloaded or you may pick one up at the food shelf or at city hall.

Fill the application out and bring it to the Spring Valley Food shelf on your first visit.      

The Spring Valley Food Shelf is open:
Wednesdays 2-4 pm
Saturdays 9-11 am

Food Shelf Donations
Food:
1) Bring food to the foodshelf site when it is open.
2) Bring food to Our Savior's Lutheran Church.
3) Bring food to Spring Valley City Hall.
