The fees for the city rental facilities are as follows:

Community Center large event - $275 rental fee plus $250 deposit without alcohol, $500 deposit with alcohol - we do not cash the deposit check, we hold it until after the event.  If no incidentals, your deposit check will be mailed back to the address on the check.  We will not cash your deposit check without giving you the opportunity to made amends regarding damage, etc.  The rental is from 3pm Friday afternoon until noon on Sunday.  As of noon on Sunday, the center must be completely cleaned up.

Community Center hourly - $40 per hour, minimum 2 hour rental.  Deposit is the same as above.

Ambulance facility NO LONGER AVAILABLE 

Pavilion rental - $25 per day for the whole day.

RV Park - $15 per night for electrical sites, $10 per night for non-electrical sites.
